GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR THE EVENTS
- General provisions
Please read these General Terms and Conditions carefully prior to registering for any of the events, organized or co-organized by „ASK Advertising and PR Services“ Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as „ASK Advertising and PR Services“Ltd. and ARENA of BEAUTY Exhibition’) . These General Terms and Conditions constitute an AGREEMENT between you and „ASK Advertising and PR Services“ Ltd. These General Terms and Conditions shall have a binding effect only on the relationship between you as Visitor of the ARENA of BEAUTY Exhibition and/or participant in an event and „ASK Advertising and PR Services“ Ltd. By registering for an event, you agree to be bound by these General Terms and conditions and any subsequent changes thereto, and you agree to abide by them. In case you do not agree with the terms below, please do not register and do not attend any events, organized by „ASK Advertising and PR Services“ Ltd.
- Basic concepts
For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall be used with the following meaning:
„ORGANIZER“ / „ORGANIZERS“ shall mean „ASK Advertising and PR Services“ Ltd., respectively ‘ASK Advertising and PR Services’ Ltd., along with other persons, jointly co-organizing an event
„CO-ORGANIZER“ shall mean a person, with which „ASK Advertising and PR Services“ Ltd. co-organizes one or more events.
„PARTICIPANT“ / „VISITOR“ shall mean any individual, who participates in the program of the ARENA of BEAUTY Exhibition or registers for participation in an event, organized by „ASK Advertising and PR Services“ Ltd., individually or in partnership with other co-organizers.
„EVENT“ shall refer to an event, organized by „ASK Advertising and PR Services“ Ltd. alone or in partnership with other organizers.
„EVENT PAGE“ shall mean the page of the domain www.arenaofbeauty.com, which refers to a certain event and which contains information about the lecturers, the program, registrations and other details about the event.
„EVENT SITE“ shall refer to the website, specifically designed for the event and contain information about the lecturers, the program, registrations and other details about the event.
- Registration
Event registration and ticket purchase shall be done in one of the following ways:
– On the page of the specific event on the website www.arenaofbeauty.com
– On a separate website of the specific event, if developed
– Through an event ticketing platform, if announced
– On the day of the ARENA of BEAUTY Exhibition at the designated venue for ticket sales and / or registration of participants, respectively of visitors.
Your registration shall be successfully completed when you receive the confirmation email and /or ticket at the email address you provided during the registration process. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address that may be accessed by you or by the participant(s) you have registered. The terms for obtaining confirmation of the specific registration are described on the web-page /website of the respective event. ‘ASK Advertising and PR Services’ Ltd. shall reserve its right to refuse registrations at its sole discretion.
E-mail messages to participants/visitors shall be the main way of communicating events. Instructions will be e-mailed to you regarding your visit to the ARENA of BEAUTY Exhibition, notifications of any changes to the date, place and time of the events, as well as feedback inquiries regarding the events on the days of the ARENA of BEAUTY Exhibition.
„ASK Advertising and PR Services“ Ltd. shall reserve its right to change the date, time and place of each event, and will timely publish a notice on the web-page of ARENA of BEAUTY Exhibition at www.arenaofbeauty.com or on the event website itself. Reasonable efforts shall be made to notify participants by e-mail or otherwise when changing the date, time, or Event Area, for which participants have registered. However, we recommend that you check the website of ARENA of BEAUTY Exhibition one day before the date of the event.
Events of named registrations may not be transferred to others. In cases, where the registered person is hindered and unable to attend the ARENA of BEAUTY Exhibition, he or she will be obliged to notify the Organizers latest two working days prior to the date of the ARENA of BEAUTY Exhibition. The hindered person may nominate another participant to attend the ARENA of BEAUTY Exhibition in his / her place, and should receive explicit confirmation from the Organizers of the ARENA of BEAUTY Exhibition for the successful replacement.
4 Payments
Payments for events can be made in the following three ways: on the web-page or website of the ARENA of BEAUTY Exhibition in the manner, indicated there or on the day of the ARENA of BEAUTY Exhibition at the place, designated by the Organizers for the registration of participants.
The web-page or website of the ARENA of BEAUTY Exhibition lists the prices, deadlines and promotions (if any) for early registration or registration for more than 1 event. Upon event cancellation, the paid amounts shall be refunded to the person to the bank account and account holder indicated.
- Copyright
All rights reserved to „ASK Advertising and PR Services“ Ltd. and/or its partners. All intellectual property rights over the information resources, materials and presentations made and displayed during the events shall be subject to copyright under the current Copyright Act and its related provisions, and their unauthorized use by third parties – including, without limitation, by the participants/visitors of an event – shall present legal offence, resulting in civil, administrative and criminal liability in accordance with the Bulgarian legislation in force.
„ASK Advertising and PR Services“ Ltd. shall reserve its right not to allow taking photos and recording during the events. Participants will be notified of such restrictions during the events.
- Personal information and privacy
When collecting and processing your personal data for the purposes of your registration and access to the events, „ASK Advertising and PR Services“ Ltd. shall follow the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
During the events, photographers and operators of the organizers and other media, admitted by the organizers, will make photos and videos, to be used subsequently in the coverage of the ARENA of BEAUTY Exhibition in the media, social networks and in the preparation of materials for the promotion of future events. If you do not want to be photographed, please do not register and attend the events of „ASK Advertising and PR Services“ Ltd.

- Safety
In the interest of safety and comfort of all visitors and participants, every event of „ASK Advertising and PR Services“Ltd. shall be subject to strict security measures. Anyone wishing to attend an event of „ASK Advertising and PR Services“ Ltd. shall consent to security checks carried out, including, but not limited to, checks by the security guards at ARENA of BEAUTY Exhibition and/or scanning by technical means of your clothing, bags and other objects, at the discretion of the organizers, before entering the hall or area of the ARENA of BEAUTY Exhibition.
The following items may under no circumstances be brought to the venue of the ARENA of BEAUTY Exhibition and/or the events of „ASK Advertising and PR Services“ Ltd.: explosives or materials, pyrotechnics, firearms (including replica or toy firearms), shells and projectiles, etc.; sharp objects; spray paint; padlocks and/or chains; noise-producing elements (for example, whistles); themed magazines, brochures, catalogues, any promotional materials for distribution, including testers and products, banners, posters and/or flags not authorized by the organizers; alcohol; any other items that we believe pose a risk to the health and safety of other visitors in any way („Prohibited Items“).
You may not be permitted to enter or be removed from the venue of the ARENA of BEAUTY Exhibition if you refuse security checks or refuse to hand over the forbidden items you carry with you.
„ASK Advertising and PR Services“ Ltd. shall reserve its right to request that visitors leave the event, if they have unacceptable conduct (at the discretion of the organizers) or threaten the health and safety of other participants in the events and visitors of the ARENA of BEAUTY Exhibition.
„ASK Advertising and PR Services“ Ltd. shall reserve its right to introduce additional restrictions for certain events. Before registering, you should check the description of the ARENA of BEAUTY Exhibition for details of any additional terms or restrictions.
You are hereby providing your consent that you and anyone on whose behalf you book an event, organized by „ASK Advertising and PR Services“ Ltd. and/or Co-Organizer will comply with any such terms or restrictions.
- Changes
„ASK Advertising and PR Services“ Ltd. shall reserve its right to make changes to these General Terms and Conditions at any time by posting these changes on the website in due time, along with a notice of changes to the General Terms and Conditions.
For all outstanding issues, not covered by this General Terms and Conditions, the applicable Bulgarian legislation shall apply.
These General Terms and Conditions shall become effective on 1 September 2019.
