Petia Tatarska is the founder and executive director of Innova BM - a biotech company that develops and produces plant in vitro cultures with application in cosmetics, nutritional supplements and pharmacy. In the cosmetic ingredients market since 2018, the company already sells active cosmetic ingredients in 5 continents under its own brand. Innova BM has a patent for in vitro production of the rare protected herb Haberlea rhodopensis, which has also been filed in Europe, USA, China and many other territories.

She graduated in Pharmacy at the Medical University of Sofia and defended with an excellent diploma thesis at the Department of Technology of Medicinal Products with Biopharmaceutics. Mag. Pharm. Stoycheva-Krasteva holds a postgraduate qualification in cosmetic safety assessment from the Faculty of Chemistry and Pharmacy at Sofia University, as well as a double postgraduate qualification as a cosmetic safety assessor from the University of Vrije, Brussels.

Lidiya participated in the creation of a guide for the preparation and scientific defense of advertising claims in cosmetics - a joint project of the Bulgarian Ministry of Health and the Bulgarian National Association of Essential Oils, Perfumery and Cosmetics. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Association. 

Mag. Pharm. Stoycheva-Krasteva is also a member of the Bulgarian Pharmaceutical Union and the Bulgarian Institute for Standardization as a manager of Biopharma. 

She is involved in the development of over 50 different brands from all over Europe, including some of the most successful brands in Bulgaria.

Filip Lissicharov, CEO and owner of Enio Bonchev Production Ltd., a family Bulgarian company, leading producer of rose and lavender essential oils and floral waters since 1909. Filip is responsible for marketing and sales, dealing with corporate, key customers and developing long-term business strategies. Filip went to 7 different high schools in 3 different countries before graduating in 1993 from the English Language High School in Sofia, Bulgaria. He lived and studied in the USA (1989-1991 and 1993-1998), graduating from Knox College, Illinois, USA, in 1997, where he majored in Integrated International Studies. After returning to Bulgaria, he dedicated his life to rose and lavender, re-building and expanding the original business which was started by his great- grandfather, Enio Bonchev, more than 100 years ago.

Enio Bonchev Production Ltd. is a UEBT member and EcoVadis Gold medalist. Member and regular attendee of IFEAT and EFEO conferences as well as an active participant and Vice-Chairman of the Bulgarian National Association for Essential oils, Perfumery, and Cosmetics.
